This company is very responsive and professional. My unit was not working, they came and diagnosed it and gave me a honest feed back. They told me the issue was that a part was no longer being made and I would eventually need a new unit. They were able to give my unit temporary fix. Later my unit really broke down in the hot summer! When my unit broke they came and give me a reasonable price. They were super quick and replace my unit. I called on Thursday and by Monday evening I had a new unit running and cooling my home again. I would definitely use them again.

I recently called Feather River Heating and AIre during the last heat wave we had. I was beside myself as my furnace was making a horrible noise which made the Air conditioner unusable. Never having used them before since we are new home owners I was taking a shot in the dark. Boy was I happy I did. When I called the sweetest gal Ashlie picked up and set an appt. to have it looked at in less than 2 days. Danny (also wonderful) came out to look at our unit and said there were parts that needed to be ordered, well with it being a Friday of a Holiday weekend and having an older unit unfortunately

They installed a new air conditioner the next day. For weeks we struggled with the extreme heat. The service was great and they did a GREAT JOB!! The employees were knowledgeable, professional, quick service, and very pleasant and left the area clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

Extremely thorough, professional, & precise. Very happy with all work performed as well as punctuality. Our A/C condenser completely gave out during a heat wave in late June, & with our baby and young child we needed to deduce & remedy the problem(s) A.S.A.P.; A technician was able to come to our house the very next day & test everything & inform me of all my options, as well as pricing estimates, scheduled the installation within a weeks time, & even rescheduled another day earlier once the unit arrived. Would definitely recommend.
