Our client wanted to reduce their utility bills in the summer and winter. We installed a high efficiency 95% Trane furnace and 17 SEER Trane air conditioner. We also replaced the sub floor in this closet, the wood was in pretty bad shape due to the old air conditioner leaking water. This home did not have central heating or air conditioning.
