Simply amazing! I am happy to share my excitement: We did an addition to the house with Modern General Contractor. Alex was extremely thorough and straightforward with every detail of the project, from the quote to final completion. They took care of all the permits, everything was written down in the contract, so there were no worries too. I couldn't be happier with their work.

Alex was referred to us by a friend who was very happy with the speed and quality of their remodeling project. Our project was not an easy one. Alex's team gutted the whole second floor and completely remodeled the bathrooms, replaced the subfloors, added insulation, put the cork and hardwood floors. They also drywalled the garage and installed an EV charger. Alex is an honest and straight forward contractor who knows how to do things right. He never cuts corners and always explains everything that he is doing. Our remodeling project took a bit longer that we had planned due to the pandemics related

I hired ModernGeneralContractor for a lighting improvement project in our house. They suggested that we make the walls smooth instead of textured while patching the openings after the wiring. It wasnt cheap, but we were convinced after seeing how Alex was determined to propose the best options for our budget and was honest about where the crew would save costs on the project without defeating the purpose. We are glad we did it because our home looks modern and cozy now.
