My experience has been a nightmare with the partnership of Vista Homes and Knight Residential - filled with lies, terrible communication, and Vista trying to hand our homeowner group an unfinished property. Just a few of the many examples are:
1. Lies upon lies. Vista claimed that AMS management was responsible for property management. When I spoke to a representative there, I was told that Vista Homes only paid for financial services but no other property management services. Vista was included on all status check-ins with Knight and email correspondences, yet never took responsibility or charge

We love our Vista Home! The Vista team was easy to work with and very responsive. We found a lot and worked with Vista through the semi-custom process. It was perfect as we were able to save some costs compared to a custom build, not have to stress about every little detail, but still had enough flexibility and design choices to make it ours! We get complimented often on the quality of our finishes,
appliances and details which were all standard in a Vista home!
