Had a problem I called them. They took my name and number called me back in like 10 min. Told me he had 2 other calls but would be there, this was at 1030 am by 2 he was here. I'm very happy with the service I got. Let alone it was during the ground hogs day blizzard. They went out off there way for me and my family. Thanks for the help.

I contacted this company a week ago. He said he would call the next day if he had time and I never heard from him again. I would give this company no stars if this ap. would allow that.

I am part owner of a sizable human service business. Kupetz Plumbing and Heating handles all of our Plumbing and HVAC needs for approximately 30 plus properties. They have always been there when we needed them for Emergency Service at all hours of the day or night, and on weekends and holidays. Their employees are polite and professional. I do not believe some of the negative reviews people have written. I personally know and work with this
