Called Friday and they arrived Tuesday. When I booked the appointment he couldn't say exactly what time he would arrive. He gave me a two day window. He arrived on the first day, and called me an hour before he arrived to give me a heads up. I ran errands all day and bolted home when I got his call. Easy to deal with. They accept cash or check. Would recommend and would call next time I need a septic tank emptied.

Septic pumped. He back washed it. Was very pleased. Had a different company the second time. It was not a thorough job. We will never use anyone but Varners again.
