I have found Rusk to be extremely professional with attention to details. They always do what they say they can do and are on time. Their work is of the highest quality. They installed a Furnace and AC system for me which required a substantial amount of fitting to put things together. I was very pleased with how they did this, keeping me informed, and came up with solutions which exceeded my expectations. After the work was done they made sure that everything was spotless. I can recommend them highly.

We couldn't have asked for a better response time and resolution to our furnace issue. First time using furnace for the year and it did not start. Technician arrived the next morning and was able to quickly diagnose and resolve issue. Thankfully it just needed a good cleaning. He did NOT try to up-sale me anything and was very straight and honest with me. GREAT experience all around.

Rusk Heating & Cooling has been a blessing for me. They installed a new furnace and A/C for us, and the last visit was to clean out the vents and they also installed a new thermostat that I can control remotely. My mom can't seen well enough to adjust the thermostat, so this definitely helped both of us. Chris was our tech and my mom loved him and he was really awesome!

Rusk installed a second AC unit to service the second floor of our home. There was no unit there previously so the job required a good deal of thought and planning. The unit selection and work was done quickly and efficiently. The installation team was knowledgeable, and courteous.. Three months after install they scheduled a free Service call to evaluate the units performance. They are not the lowest cost provider but they deliver outstanding value.. Their techs are long term associates; well trained .

We had Rusk Heating and Cooling install a new furnace and a/c unit in our home maybe 8 years ago. The did a top notch job and we've had a maintenance agreement and regular service on it from them ever since. We had two incidences where there were problems. One was with the a/c compressor the first year; they came out and took care of it under warranty and it has worked well ever since. The second was caused by a capacitor in the blower motor which was a problem maybe two years ago. The technician came out, diagnosed the problem and replaced the capacitor and the system ran fine for us since then
