Office staff was very friendly and informative. They explained the process step by step. I was told to expect a text message of arrival time which I did receive and technician was actually early. Technician introduced himself and was very professional and understanding. Brian explained what he was doing and why and what I should expect as a result. Brian wore a face mask for protection and had covers for his boots. Once Brian discovered the problem, he let me know what the issue was and my options to correct the issue. Brian also took the time to talk with me about future maintenance and options

John came to my house immediately and diagnosed the problem. (IGNITER). Unforfornutely he did not have the correct igniter with him, he will back tomorrow with the correct one because my furnace is old. He was very polite and cordial, i would recommend him for any job needed, thank u again John!
