3 days ago plumber came out to fix myToilet(not flushing) two days ago it quit working. I call& just happen to speak directly with the plumber who was here and he tells me, Ill come by between 3&4 to get it working. Hes a no-show/no call so I call the office again And am told, well have someone call you. theres no call. Im now at day 3 with 3 people using 1 toilet( only 1 in the home) that doesnt flush& it is beyond disgusting. now today is Saturday That alone will cost me an extra$300 bucks for someone to even come by. Plus, I will likely get hit with an emergency

My recent experience with this company was awful. I REPEAT DO NOT refer anyone to this company. They were called out to run a diagnostic on a AC unit. The guy washed it off and then told me I had too much pressure so he took refrigerant out ( 2lbs). It got cooler after a new filter and the rinse. The next day it got worse. And they want to charge me to come out again and fix or run another diagnostic. After they took the r-22 out. They shouldve paid me instead they charged me $319. RUN BEFOREy THEY OVERCHARGE AND TAKE YOUR REFRIGERANT ( r-22) just to have your compressor break down and cause

We couldn't have asked for a better experience from Dunn. There was some minor confusion with the third party scheduling service that was used to set up the appointment. However, it was fixed immediately and the work was fantastic. Highly recommend!

I will reccomend this company to anyone I can! Our heater quit working in a cold snap and our rental house dropped to 39 degrees inside. Our rental company was goving us the run around and making it difficult to get a repair person out to help. But the folks at JT Dunn went above and beyond to make sure that our heater got fixed, despite an incompetent rental company making it difficult. Everyone we spoke to was kind, compassionate, and dedicated to getting our house back to a safe temperature ASAP! Thanks to all the folks on the team at JT Dunn! Keep up the good work.
