The staff of this cabinet business spent an inordinate amount of time with me to match a cabinet handle, and order a cabinet handle, for what I imagine is a meager profit. This location has parking right in front of the store on N. Milwaukee Avenue. Even though the business is not particularly busy with walk-in customers during covid-19, I recommend a call to the store to be sure that they will be open for your arrival.

Great customer service! Had my kitchen and powder room remodeled with ICA 5 years ago and still love the final results. Team was great, timely and so easy to work with. Needed a replace hinge and within 2 days it was personally delivered to me. You can't beat that! Thank you again !

I'm back to update my review. While the initial completed kitchen looked amazing, it has not held up to normal use in the 8 months since it was installed. Some of the cabinets have had screws/hinges come undone, a few drawers aren't straight, some are cracking and our quartz counters are staining and etching. When I called to express my concerns, they suggested i fix the problems myself and then couldn't help with the counters as they "didn't install or manufacture the counters". I was given the number of the manufacturer who placed the blame on the installer and

It's been two years since we worked with them, but I just recommended this company again- I had the best experience and super quick turn around time- highly recommend them! I only wish I also had them do my install - see them first before you commit to another contractor!

ICA cabinets was amazing to work with from beginning to end. I was on a short timeframe to gut/remodel a kitchen so we could move in before our twins arrived. I talked to numerous big contractors and many of them couldn't do it in a short timeframe or their prices were so crazy, we'd have to try to salvage broken cabinets and paint them rather than get new ones. I was referred to ICA and I was nervous as i hadn't a clue how to remodel a kitchen but from beginning to end,
