In 2005, Adam Miller started Summit Design + Build with the goal of building a company where people loved showing up to work every day; a place where employees could thrive. He also knew a great general contracting and construction management firm is built on a foundation of outstanding, long-term client relationships.

Tampa Office
Founded in 2005, Summit Design + Build has quickly grown to be one of the smartest, most innovative general contractors by focusing on one key proposition: building spaces where people & business thrive. Prompted by the strong growth of the South Florida and Tampa Bay construction markets and with close ties to the area, Summit Design + Build established its first regional office in Tampa, Florida in 2017.
Austin Office
Founded in 2005, Summit Design + Build has quickly grown to be one of the smartest, most innovative general contractors by focusing on one key proposition: building spaces where people & business thrive. Inspired by the strong growth of the Austin Market and several of Summit Design + Build's key clients developing new projects in Austin and surrounding areas, Summit established a regional office in Austin Texas in 2020.

Summit Design + Build partners with clients and developers to reuse rather than tear down existing buildings. Adaptive Reuse Construction not only offers old or historic buildings new life, it also offers a greater environmental savings than demolition or new construction.
