He also knew a great general contracting and construction management firm is built on a foundation of outstanding, long-term client relationships.

Founded in 2005, Summit Design + Build has quickly grown to be one of the smartest, most innovative general contractors by focusing on one key proposition: building spaces where people & business thrive. Prompted by the strong growth of the South Florida and Tampa Bay construction markets and with close ties to the area, Summit Design + Build established its first regional office in Tampa, Florida in 2017.

Inspired by the strong growth of the Austin Market and several of Summit Design + Build's key clients developing new projects in Austin and surrounding areas, Summit established a regional office in Austin Texas in 2020.
