I have been working with Ken and Brandy here at Clearwater. They have helped me fill in a pond in my backyard, remodel my kitchen, and when my roof had a cave in replace my roof. All instances were done very professionally. Stressed when the roof had fallen through, they were quick to expedite me onto the schedule and were very reasonable with timing and accommodating my schedule. The team continues to go above and beyond in communicating and making sure I am aware of the projects. The supply chain was clearly an issue for almost all construction, I was informed the whole way. Thanks so much

Clearwater just completed a remodel and build job for us, and we couldn't be happier with the results of their hard work. The team at Clearwater is
knowledgeable, dependable, honest and an absolute joy to work with. They go above and beyond to ensure that their clients are fully satisfied. Nicer and more capable people, you won't find, so a huge thank you to Brandy, Andrew, Ken, Sean, Kelly, Matt and their subcontractors that worked on our house and addition.

In working with Ken and Brandy at Clearwater on multiple projects I quickly learned that the way they carry out their business is second to none. Ken was great at communicating with me clearly on what to expect from them and followed through on his word from start to finish. Brandy, his business partner stayed on top of materials and ensured timely manner of project completion. They are the real deal. Thank you!

We are in the process of remodeling our older northeast Boise home with Clearwater Home Services, and have just completed the exterior (siding replacement, paint, etc.). We have everything good to say about this company and its crew. Each of the company's contacts, contractors and personnel have been kind, honest, and beyond helpful in accomplishing a final product, with brilliant ideas, prompt service and calls, superb work quality/attention to detail, and cleanliness. Andrew and Brandy have been our go-to persons, and they have gone above and beyond! We can't wait for Clearwater Home Services
