Amazing customer service! They installed our floors in November 2019. Great prices and selection. Our floors still look new. We recently noticed a few minor areas where the wood splintered. We also had one board pop up (maybe because our home was 40 degrees for a few days during the Texas power outages/1 degree weather). Called Brenda from Carpet Outlets - she is very helpful /friendly. She sent Bruce to access the wood within 30 minutes of my call. They're going to repair the floors for no charge. Both Brenda and Bruce offered great customer service! Please check them out!

I was recommended to use their services and they did not disappoint! Great selection of flooring options and best prices I've found. I had a large project that needed to be done on a tight schedule and they beat their projected timeline and did so with great quality. The team also did a great job of cleaning up as they went along.
