Yasser from All American Flooring was a life saver for our family. After a full house flood due to Dallas 2021 icemageddon, we were overwhelmed with an entire house remodel. Jury's still out as product won't be available for 4 weeks. I can say the salesperson Sammy is near worthless. Called and emailed him 4 times over 3 weeks, No response. Finally got order placed thru someone else. Then Sammy was supposed 2 call, advise of delivery. Another 2 calls and No followup from him. Claims he was sick...for 5 weeks, hmmm? Waste of time. Not even courtesy to say " I'm sick", even after he promised 3 times to followup. If you have to deal with Sammy, go somewhere else or plan to waste a lot of time chasing.

As a first-time home owner. I was really unsure on the type of species of wood I wanted. AR was not just professional but patient with questions, because of my lack of knowledge with wood flooring. AR rolled with my questions.Chris the project mgr was really accomidating with my work schedule and Poncho and his assistant was really passionate about their work. Contractors that care,is another intangible that is over looked. These three as team I'm working with in the future,regarding my home.

Madison took care of me. She is amazing!! She explained all the pros and cons of various carpeting options that would fit my particular needs. She was very knowledgable and made sure I was taking samples (which she carried out to the car) that would fit my requirements. After a few days, she came to the house and helped me narrow my three choices down to one; she measured and took the samples back to the store. She made it easy for me. The next day I received a call to set up the installation. They came exactly when they said they would and did a beautiful job. I love my new carpeting, and I love

Helpful customer service at the store. Installation went smoothly. Installers were professional and moved a few items as needed. I would recommend this company. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 was because there was some confusion in the payment process. I called to pay the balance and was told they'd get back to me. Nobody called back. Months later I get a call asking me to set up installation. I had to explain it was already installed and I just needed to pay the remaining balance.
