Very helpful!
Had 4 keys made. One didn't work, because it was a multilock and I didn't have the code.
Made a new key free of charge when I came back.

Needed the keys changed on a deadbolt which they did super quickly. And a few weeks later when I had a problem with the lock (not the part they had replaced) they were very helpful. Super great and polite service!

I have lost my keys and called Dial Locksmith for Service. Ben came over within 20 minutes, opened the door and installed new security locks. He offered to stop by the shop to copy additional keys... I did and they gave it to me at no charge. Really nice people and great service.

This company is really shady and so are most in the industry so watch out. Some if not many of these lock smiths are not qualified as well so be careful. Many will just drill your door out. Very over priced also !

I've worked with Dial on a couple of home improvement projects and found them to be exceptionally professional, competent, and responsive. On the first project, I brought them several original lockets from my pre-war apartment, which they restored beautifully and made functional again (including new skeleton keys). More recently, I asked them to adjust a strike plate that wasn't working properly.
After doing the work, they even lent me a couple of files in case the openings still needed further adjustment, asking just that I return them when we finished. Couldn't be more pleased with their service
