Lack of communication. Doesn't follow up on their work. Didn't fix the issue we had to begin with and now they can't do it for another 3 weeks. Doesn't seem very concerned about their clients.

We knew wed have to replace our water heater sooner than later when we bought our new home last summer, but as we had used many companies throughout the valley over the years for water heater maintenance and replacement, we didnt really have a go to company or technician. Luckily for us, a warrenty company we had purchased through suggested Skyline Mechanical out of Gypsum and we couldnt be happier with our overall experience! The office staff was friendly and efficient and were able to schedule a technician quickly which was great as our hot water was basically hit or miss. The

Disappointed in the the fact that my a/c unit worked for a couple of days after the tech came out. It stopped cooling, I did not call due to the fact that I was out of town. When I called back a month later they want to charge another diagnostic fee. I explained this to the customer service rep, but they stated it was their policy, even though they offer a one year warranty.
Update on my situation! Skyline reached out to me and seems there was a miscommunication and they are sending a tech to address the situation! Could not be happier with the outcome! Thank you!

Learn to drive, especially when you are advertising your company on your van. Just had one of your guys speed up next to me when highway 6 goes to one lane in avon. Was driving next to me road raging in one lane then turned his brights on and tailgated me. From the looks of it its not the first time you have had road rage problems.

How about teaching your guys to drive and not road rage?? Just had a truck (with temp tags) ride my tail in the right lane and almost hit me swerving around me. The left lane was clear. Don't endanger others for no reason because you're having a bad day

This company is the best in the valley. They've done our furnace, AC and most recently replaced a busted water heater the day before Thanksgiving, all at a fair price. Their staff take pride in what they do and treat your home with respect.
