We had someone come out to give us a quote. They said 3-4 days to get the quote. Its now been over three weeks. Ive called twice and they said they would send it the first time. Second time they said they would call me back. That was a week ago and still nothing. I realize everyone right now is busy and short staffed but a simple call or email stating that would have went a long way.

Because our Search and Rescue team benefitted from Mountain Air Mechanicals Golf tournament for a few years, I hired them to install an Air Conditioning system in our home. Their hack installers had to come back at least 8 times fixing shoddy work over the next year. The biggest problem was that they eliminated our filter assembly and left no means for us to install a filter. This went un-noticed until winter came around and I went to replace my filter, just to find that there wasnt one. It took them months to get back here to remedy the situation. During that time the motor failed. I finally

Responsive, enthusiastic and easy to work with! After describing our problem to the scheduling coordinator (Mary) the owner (Mark) called to ensure they understood our issues (airflow as opposed to the cooling system) to send the appropriate technicians. The duct/airflow guys (Adam & Mark #2) were willing to come the same day on their way home. They immediately identified the problem and were able to get it fixed fully and efficiently. Great communication, very reasonable rates and a true desire to help get the issue resolved has earned them a customer and referral source. Thanks so much
