I just had Dustin and one of his techs come by a few days ago for the Fall furnace tuneup. Last spring I had the same problem that Al had. The fourth fellow (probably in his 70s) confirmed what I suspected was my problem but still didn't have the time to do the repair. I had to make repair myself. If all goes well, Dustin will be around for a few decades training techs up into plumbers.
