Mike was my tech, he took a look on what I need fix,and add 2 shutoff valves.Mike was extremely professional, he explained everything to me ,along with the cost. My husband and I are really happy with the service and attention we've gotten from Coates! The one and only thing that prevents me from giving a fifth star is the situation with home warranties. It is inconvenient for them to deal with home warranties, and they aren't very gracious about that. I understand that it takes them extra time. At the same time, I am paying them money (and it will be quite a bit given the problems in the home we just bought), and it is best for my family to be reimbursed as much as possible by our home warranty. We can afford to fix more and hire Coates more
