Ive had them out twice for sewer backflow and laundry drain was clogged. The first time the sewer drain was plunged and we were told it was wipes going through the pipe. We dont use wipes so it didnt make any sense. No snake. We were basically told they fixed the line and to stop using wipes.
Ok, whatever. 2 months later it happened again. Called them back out and this time was told it was too much toilet paper and not wipes at all. ? Also my laundry drain was still completely clogged, so I called and was told it would be another $100 to come back out just for a sink. NEVER AGAIN! Go
