Cool R Us A/C & Heating's owner, Lek Gjoka, arrived in the United States from Albania in 1999, speaking no English, with no money, and with no experience in the heating and cooling industry. A college graduate with military experience, Gjoka quickly learned English and got a job working in the warehouse of an HVAC business.
