Services
Emergency Plumbing
Our 24/7 emergency plumbing service addresses critical issues like burst pipes, flooding, and gas leaks. With rapid response times across Buffalo, we minimize property damage using advanced diagnostic tools and repair techniques. Customers trust our certified technicians for after-hours solutions that restore safety and functionality immediately.
Sewer Camera Inspection
We use high-resolution sewer camera inspections to identify blockages, cracks, and root intrusions in underground pipes. This non-invasive method allows precise diagnosis of sewer line issues without destructive excavation. Our technicians provide detailed reports and targeted repair recommendations to prevent future system failures.
Water Heater Replacement
We install and repair traditional tank and tankless water heaters for residential and commercial properties. Our energy-efficient solutions ensure consistent hot water supply while reducing utility costs. Technicians follow strict safety protocols for gas and electric system installations, including proper venting and pressure regulation.
Drain Cleaning
Our hydro jetting and mechanical drain cleaning services eliminate stubborn clogs and buildup in residential and commercial plumbing systems. Using high-pressure water streams and specialized augers, we restore optimal flow rates in kitchen, bathroom, and sewer drains without damaging pipes.
Commercial Plumbing
We provide comprehensive plumbing services for Buffalo businesses, including hotels, schools, and healthcare facilities. Our commercial team handles large-scale repairs, preventive maintenance, and code-compliant installations. We offer customized service plans to minimize downtime and ensure regulatory compliance for commercial properties.

I had a clogged sewer drain. I called and was able to get someone to come out within 2 hours. Kenny arrived, quickly assessed the issue and had it resolved issue within an hour. Prior to calling J Ando, I had already removed the toilet from the drain hole in my bathroom in the basement. Ken installed a new wax ring and put the toilet back in after clearing the clog. Greatly appreciated him going above & beyond.

I paid 326.26 for 10 minutes of service. Seal a hole on the wall and replace a plastic piece on the water tank. My boiler was never reconnected. I was with no heat and had to pay someone else 150 to come back out because the guy here never finished his 10 min job. I had to get my chimney hole sealed according to national fuel and they shut everything off until I called a plumber due to the hazard and I got ripped off by this company! He left this unhooked and this is the guy I had to wait to come out at 10pm , me n my kids was freezing with no heat!!!
