Critical:Responsiveness
Spoke with Shane twice about installing a main water cutoff valve in the house. Said he would be out Wednesday to install it. No show, no call and haven't heard a word from him in 3 weeks. Not sure where these "responsive and professional" reviews come from.

Shane is awesome! My unit would flooded without his help. He worked till late night and helped me fix the leaking problem. In additional, he checked my plumbing system, caught a potential problem, and fixed it before any damage happen. He cleaned everything and make sure everything is good!
