Completely unhelpful. Despite service records that show this company installed and has previously serviced the equipment in the home I purchased, the dispatcher indicated Astacio was not taking new customers, and would not assist me with a critical repair issue.

After the first two visit, the problem existed, Astacio sent another technician today and fix the outdoor unit wires, you can count on them to stand by their service, I'm changing my rate to 5 stars.

I was referred to Astacio by my building as the go to plumbers.I must say I have been waiting for an estimate for three months!!When followed up on this an employee accused me of lying and fabricating stories to protect himself from his supervisor Mike.Im not sure if this is how they usually operate but from my experience there was a lack of communication between employees, and a serious lack of customer service and professionalism(especially for a company in the service sector)They come across as if their service is a favor to customers yet people pay for these services.From what Ive seen
