I recently had an unfortunate experience with Chesney. They delivered and installed a beautiful carved white marble mantle. On the mantle top, off center was a large brown spot which distracted from the overall look of the mantle. I called Chesney to inquire as to what restoration work can be done about it. They sent to the apartment what they referred to as "the most skilled restoration person I have ever worked with." After over 5 weeks of excuses from humidity to atmospheric pressure I realized that they did not have either the skill set or resolve to correct the situation. Another
