John was absolutely amazing!!! Very kind and professional! Our carpet and stairs look absolutely amazing!! We had a lot of tough stains from our pets and kids and its basically brand new again. Great job. And they pick up and deliver! I didn't have to get the 9x12 rug to them. The 2 men who delivered the rug this morning were very polite. They rolled it out for me, helped me move the furniture back in place. I'm thrilled to have my rug back in place! I highly recommend Spectrum Carpet Cleaning.

I named the day and they showed up in the hour requested. Nice young man was able to accomplish the 5 areas hallway & steps in reasonably short time. More set up & tear down time was added. He was pleasant & efficient. I could never have accomplished this with a rental unit! Spectrums truck provides Deep down extraction with superior suction & power! I will call them again when the need arises. Excellent job.
