On October 1, 2018, I called Northern Floor and Tile to consult on cleaning my grout, products, available services, etc. and I was never treated so rudely. The man who answered the phone never stopped telling me what they couldn’t do and was in no way interested in helping me. In fact, he never stopped talking long enough to let me even explain my issues. It’s nice they are busy, but they won’t ever be one of my go-to places for flooring. Sitting here now, I feel fortunate I didn’t engage this store for ANY service.
