My hot tub was delivered with the lid lift on backorder in September. I called back a month later and was told it was in and would be delivered the next week. That was 2 weeks ago. So I called to follow up, mainly to make sure they didn't forget, since times are crazy. I was told we were in a pandemic and no service people were available. All I asked for was an update.

Jack olivers pool and spa is a joke. I had them install my inground vinyl pool liner 3 1/2 years ago and Ive had a problem ever cents. Ive called them over 15 times in the last three years without any response for someone to come out and take a look at my shoddy installation and bad liner. It got so bad that the discoloring and the fading occurred within six months and they refused to come out. Every time I would call they would say, our technicians are busy will get out there as quickly as we can. I spent thousands of dollars with JACK Oliver over the years and theyve done nothing

I went several pool places. None could help me. Even though the Rep at Jack Oliver could not help me He was Knowledgeable and lead me to a Plumber who could. Customer service is the BEST.

I have a spa from 2008 and I wanted to buy a water filter. The sales person told me they didnt sell products for my hot tub but took the time to show me on line where I could search. His suggestion helped me find the filter.. thanks Jack Oliver pool and spa
