Blythe Building Company was formed in 2004 and has built over a hundred quality custom homes throughout the Greater Columbia South Carolina area.

Our process begins with an initial consultation where we get to know each other. During this meeting, we will discuss the goals of your project and answer any questions about our design and construction process you may have. We will determine if Blythe Building Company custom home builders is a good fit for your home building project and if it is, we will work together to establish a targeted budget.

This was my first experience building a house and I could not be happier with the result. Blythe Building Company made the whole process about as simple as I could imagine. When I selected the house it was partially complete and I wanted to make some layout changes.
