I had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone from Thomas & Galbraith was responsive and kind. My 25+ year old furnace stopped working in the cold winter, and they were able to tell me about my options and fully replace it all within 2 days. I appreciate that, even though they encountered unexpected electrical problems, they worked tirelessly for 10 hours straight to complete the installation in 1 day, and took the time to show me how everything works and answered all my questions at the end. I highly recommend their products and services! Thank you!

Called Thomas & Galbraith to help trouble shoot drainage problem. They scheduled quickly and arrived on time. The technician was knowledgeable, honest, and gave suggestions to fix the problem. He cancelled the drain tech as we came to the conclusion it wasnt needed (saved me time and money) and scheduled for a camera crew for the next day keeping in mind our best available times. I appreciated the honest feedback and conservative approach to trouble shoot the problem and gave case scenarios of what to do on findings. I have used this company for years for our heating and cooling annual maintenance

Kevin and Brennan were fantastic. I had a different company come out first, but they were unable to complete the job. Lucky for me, too; they quoted me a price six times higher than what Thomas and Galbraith charged me. Kevin and Brennan encountered a couple of snags along the way and they kept at it until the problem was solved. For the service, the professionalism, the efficiency, and the price, I will never use a different plumbing company again. T&G has my business for life.
