In addition to a new hot water heater, I needed faucets installed and water flow to kitchen sink and the washing machine checked. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. They took time to explain what was needed and took care of it.
I highly recommend them. They did a great job in responding to an emergency water leak between house & street. There weren't any signs of a leak - only the City stopping by advising we had one. They were able to diagnose, assess the issue, AND fix it. What makes the service stand out more - it was done with great attitude and joy of the job. He kept me up to date regularly and continued working well after the sun went down. What a great example of the American spirit.
