My heating went out Sunday night and I called Monday morning and they showed up with promptness. After the device was fixed, The technician explained what was wrong with the device and provided some preventative maintenance checks suggestions

SOS fixed what Burton could not. The Tech was knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. If you have a heat pump these are the only guys to call.

I have used SOS twice in the past year, once for my furnace and once for my A/C. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called in both instances. I was given a two hour window of when they would be there and their office called me to let me know when they were on their way so I did not have to take additional time off of work. Both times the technicians were very friendly, and worked quickly to identify the problem. They explained to me what was wrong, what caused the issue, and how they were going to fix it.
