He really knows his stuff and was willing to take on an install/replacement system on a challenging property when no one else would. The Frazier Company has been my service provider for years, and last year installed my new furnace / AC. Russ has always been my residential HVAC service technician, and I wouldn't request anyone else. Always friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt! Came out to diagnose high humidity in my house and within 30 minutes my humidity dropped by twenty and I was looking for a sweatshirt! We just built our second home with The Frazier Company doing the HVAC and plumbing on both homes. We have also held a maintenance agreement with them for almost 12 years and have nothing but positive experiences. Andrew came to our house today to service our AC. He was courteous and professional and worked efficiently to service our equipment inside and outside. When Andrew arrived my wife asked if he would wear a mask inside the house. He agreed without hesitation and only asked that we also wear one which we did. We have used The Frazier Company for many years now under a service maintenance agreement. Their workmanship has always been excellent. I continue to believe that annual service of our AC and Heating units prolongs their life and with that said I will continue to use and recommend The Frazier
