Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our professional carpet cleaning service utilizes hot water extraction and eco-friendly solutions to remove deep-seated dirt and stains. Certified technicians apply natural oxygen-based cleaners that eliminate soapy residue while preserving carpet fibers. The process includes pre-vacuuming, pre-treatment, steam cleaning with 180-220F water, and powerful extraction that leaves carpets dry within 2-4 hours. This method effectively restores carpet appearance while maintaining indoor air quality for residential and commercial spaces.
Pet Odor Removal
Specialized pet odor removal targets urine stains and bacteria at their source using oxidation treatment and high-pressure extraction. Our technicians apply a 20-30 minute dwell time to break down organic compounds before removing contaminated moisture with truck-mounted equipment. This three-step process guarantees complete odor elimination rather than temporary masking. The service includes identifying hidden moisture pockets and applying protective treatments to prevent future incidents, ensuring lasting freshness in homes with pets.
Water Damage Restoration
24/7 water damage restoration service addresses emergency situations with rapid response and industrial equipment. Our process includes water extraction using excavation trucks and industrial vacuums, followed by structural drying with commercial air movers and dehumidifiers. Technicians sanitize affected areas to prevent bacterial growth while assessing damage to flooring and furniture. The service covers complete moisture removal from subflooring and walls, preventing secondary damage and restoring properties to pre-loss conditions.
Oriental Rug Cleaning
Professional oriental rug cleaning combines gentle techniques with specialized equipment to preserve valuable fibers and dyes. The process includes fiber analysis, customized cleaning solutions, and controlled drying environments to prevent shrinkage or color bleeding. Technicians use pH-balanced cleaners and manual agitation to maintain rug integrity while removing embedded soils. The service includes protective treatments and maintenance guidance to extend rug lifespan while preserving aesthetic value for both residential and commercial clients.
Upholstery Cleaning
Comprehensive upholstery cleaning restores furniture appearance while maintaining material integrity. Our technicians use truck-mounted steam systems and fabric-specific solutions to remove stains, allergens, and bacteria from sofas, chairs, and commercial seating. The process includes pre-inspection for fabric type, targeted spot treatment, and controlled moisture application to prevent over-wetting. Protective coatings are applied to resist future stains, with drying times typically under 4 hours for most fabric types in residential and office environments.
