We stopped at Inloe's to get service on a water heater they had installed 12 years ago. We found out that they no longer sell or service water heaters but they did provide the name of a plumber that they recommend.

From the moment I called the friendly phone staff were very polite and helpful. CJ came out to give me an estimate and was on time and professional. I had follow up questions and CJ again took the time to speak to me about everything. On installation day they were prompt and professional even making sure I knew the backyard gate was secured every time so I wouldnt worry about the dogs getting loose. I felt confident in the product and in the job they did and their prices were competitive. Highly recommend.

We needed to upgrade our old house, install central heating and cooling system. We weren't even sure if it was possible. Inloes Heating and Cooling services responded to our needs very quickly. CJ Clemons, the project manager, came in and took some measurements in the house. He gave us an honest assessment of our options. He was able to send us a reasonable quote in a few days. They put in a system for me last year and did a fantastic job on installation. Cooling this year was flaky and I had them come out. Found that the Bryant system was running as expected. Thermostat that I installed runs a weird algorithm which was causing the issue. Great service.

Great!! They worked me into the schedule the day I called. I was so thankful because my AC would not shut off due to a bad thermostat. The service man was very polite and did a great job and explained everything. Now we are comfortable.
