He is familiar with our entire customer base as well as Carrier, and Climatmaster HVAC equipment. He is active in the Villa Hills Civic Club and St. Joseph's Parish.

We will provide one (1) complete professional inspection, cleaning & adjustment of your heating system and one (I) for your cooling system as described below A 20% discount will be given off the price of any parts should your equipment require repair within the covered period of the plan. I. SCHEDULED REMINDERS- You will receive either an e-mail or phone call to schedule your fall or spring checkup. 2. PRIORITY SERVICE- If you are in need of a quick repair either in the heat of the summer or the cold winter months you will get priority service with our company. 3. DOCUMENTATION OF MAINTENANCE- It is very important to have documentation of each time you have maintenance of your systems.
