Patco Construction has been in business for over 35 years, a feat that few general contractors can match. Our construction company provides design-build services that include: planning, designing, preconstruction, engineering and construction through project completion. We've grown under the second generation of the Patterson family, Greg and Mark. Greg focuses on the commercial construction operating group that specializes in custom metal buildings utilizing a design-build approach and self-perform erection. Mark's specialty lies in the architecture and construction of residential homes either through company-owned developments or a build-to-suit approach on individual customer lots.
Both brothers and their employees share the same values of integrity and teamwork that they have instilled throughout the organization. Both operating groups show the attention to detail and passion to exceed customer expectations. We also work collaboratively with engineers, architects and subcontractors during the pre-planning, preconstruction and construction phases.
