This beautiful home was a frame to finish project. We began by removing the small existing ranch style home, but preserving the existing foundation. We then enlarged that footprint to create a bigger home and large attached garage. There is custom woodworking throughout, including the fireplace surround, entertainment center, dining room buffet and office hutch.

Rye Historic District
Report
This early 1950's home in the Rye Historic District desperately needed attention. There was no existing wall insulation and drafty old windows so we made it New England winter ready with blown in insulation and all new windows and trim. The exterior required patching and trim work finished off with a new color palette.
