Very rude and impolite people work for Superior Boiler Works - for a week we are trying to find anybody at Superior Boiler to talk about boiler they sold to us - nobody is returning phone calls or answering E-mails. This is not the way to treat customer. I doubt that we will consider their boilers in a future again.
