When Richard was a child, his Father was a apartment building owner and Richard started helping his father with plumbing maintenance and repair.

In the late 1980's and early 1990's Richard work for many Plumbing Companies doing New Construction and Plumbing Repair on Custom Homes, Tract Homes, Hotels, Commercial Properties and Casinos in Los Angles and in Las Vegas Nevada. Richard studied hard and When Richard was 25 years old he took Contract Law and Plumbing Trade test at the California State Contractor License Board and received his C-36 Plumbing Contractors License.
