John Tighe, founder and President, founded John's Landscape Service in 1986 at the age of 12. He marketed his lawn mowing and clean-up services through flyers, which he created in his 7th grade printing class. He delivered flyers to houses on his paper route for the Boston Globe and all of the surrounding neighborhood houses.

John provides hands-on, day-to-day management of all aspects of John's Landscape Service, Inc. He is always available for his customers' calls and meeting requests.

We are continually researching and purchasing the newest and best equipment that will allow us to serve all of our clients more effectively and efficiently. Our entire fleet is equipped with GPS tracking devices, which provides up-to-the-minute information about our crews' locations and easy tracking information for our clients.

This winter has been a fierce one and we are so grateful for John's Landscape for all of their help. They are very friendly, always on time and simply get the job done. We are so pleased with our new patio and the experience with John's Landscape was great. From start to finish working with them was an absolute pleasure and we plan to use them more.

The cold weather is still upon us and it is possible that we may see some snow and ice in our near future. Spring storms can be particularly hazardous to evergreen trees and shrubs, but there are several ways to protect these important assets in the garden. Although snow laden trees can look picturesque serious damage may occur due to heavy snow or ice accumulation on branches.
