I have used F&K many times to help with my 100 year old home- they are fast, responsive, and very customer-centric. If something is out of their scope or a part they needed was hard to source, they were open and honest and we worked together for a solution. After finding water in our basement, we requested Frost & Kretsch come out to help find the source of the leak. Chris came out to take a look and was able to quickly help us find the leak: our kitchen sink drain pipe was leaking down to the basement. Unfortunately it was behind our kitchen cabinets, but Chris was confident they would be able to get it resolved. After discussing the estimate, we scheduled Frost and Kretsch to come out 2 days later to do the repair. Jason was able to take care of the leaky pipe within a few hours and definitely went above and beyond. Besides replacing the leaky pipe
