We had a full installation of heating and air unit last year, and a water heater as well, and it's all working great. They've even come out to do mainstream and install new filters. Just yesterday though, our thermostat panel conked out on us on one of the coldest nights of the year. Despite being right before the holidays when a lot of staff might be out, Sherlock was able to get a tech out to us first thing this morning, squeezing us in between other appointments so we wouldn't freeze! The tech Mazen was awesome- so professional, and he figured the problem out and even made some suggestions and

Jonathan was polite, professional, explained his findings, and also explained the process for resolving the issue with my heating unit. He even took pictures and showed me exactly what part needed to be replaced. Even more importantly, Jonathan identified a water leak in my homes structure that he found during his assessment of my heating unit. These findings show that Jonathan has outstanding attention to detail and is committed to helping the customer. I am very grateful that he noticed the leak and informed me of the finding - he took pictures of the leak as well. Jonathan is a true professional
