I was referred to Michael through a warranty at Lowes. He was not only professional, he was honest and quick. He answered the phone right away and helped diagnose the problem. I really appreciate how kind he was at making sure we had hot water. He was patient with all the questions I asked. I highly recommend him and his company.

Extremely good service. Our water heater failed Thursday night, Michael was able to find the replacement heater under warranty, and get it installed Friday afternoon. We feel that he went above and beyond. We highly recommend Archibald Plumbing.

Michael came out quickly and got it started, replacing the thermal couple kept it running. Heres the biggest part- my wife who was home with our children was sure to tell me she liked him, that he struck her as a "good" person. I already knew that since he was referred by my other trustworthy plumber but it makes it better when your wife feels comfortable with the repair people in her home. Did I mention
