We just purchased our first spa and couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. We shopped around a bit and Cal-X stood out! Service was always very friendly both in person and on the phone. The entire staff was very helpful but not pushy. Howard the owner was very personable and made sure we had a great experience and good help with setup, etc. We are excited about our new investment and definitely recommend Cal-X Fun Spas if you want the best quality and the best customer service!

Howard at Cal X. There was no high pressure sales and Howard helped me make an informed decision on what unit was best suited for my needs. Howard followed up with me several times once the unit was delivered to make sure everything was good. The delivery guys were very efficient and careful. I am extremely satisfied!
