Too bad because the estimator came out and spent about 2 hours measuring and going over plans. Said would contact me in two weeks. No call after 3 weeks. Called the office and they said they would reach out to me after they figured it out and never heard back. How could you trust a company to build a pool on time and on schedule when they don't even give you the courtesy to call you back? Went with another pool company instead

Loyal customer but over time the quality of service got worse and worse. I emailed pictures, called, and maintained contact but there was no urgency to bring our pool back to a usable state. We lost weeks of summer fun and were charged for service the entire time.
