Fantastic experience. We were in the market for a hot tub for our brand new home and looked everywhere in the area each place was a disappointment until leaving a local restaurant and spotting this location. We walked inside and instantly met Dennis, his knowledge and experience with the entire process was amazing. Our frustration and feeling of defeat from other locations went away after his assistance and we are so very please with our new tub. From entering the store to the home delivery process we have been extremely happy. Recommend this place for sure, make sure you ask for Dennis

I would give this company lower than one star if I could. Each time I have contacted this company by phone I have been met with condescending responses by the men who have answered when asking about the hot tub I purchased in January regarding trying to plan for a delivery. Very nice service in person when selling the hot tub. Poor customer service upon walking out the door. Disappointing. No I would not like a refund I would like respect and a hot tub
