I had a great experience with NS Johnson! I talked to Mike on the phone in the morning, and he was able to send out Jake within 2 hours. Jake was able to help me get the water heater working, and he also fixed a leaky faucet. While Jake was there, I had a washer and dryer dropped off. Jake was able to help me install the washer and the dryer as well.
Overall, I had a great experience with NS Johnson, and Jake was phenomenal!

I contacted NSJohnson when my current HVAC company advised us our entire geothermal unit needed replaced after our sump pump failed. The quote for a new system was in our inbox within hours. After a lengthy discussion with my husband, we decided to get a second opinion. NS Johnson was prompt, courteous and very straight forward. They believed our nine year old system could be repaired and provided a quote that was fair and reasonable. They ordered the parts and had our system operating within two weeks. Honest, helpful, trustworthy. Called about my furnace they came out the same day. Jake was awesome explaining everything he was friendly and helpful. I will definitely call them first if I ever need anything again. Pricing is great and they work with you. They treat you like a friend and not just a customer.
