Lionel rescued my father when his hearing aid batteries went dead and the factory insisted they be sent in. He put a rush on it and even ate the charge. This while not even bing an existing client. Guess who’s a client now? You just don’t get good service any more anywhere but this is above and beyond.

Absolute wonderful experience. My mom is here visiting from Canada and her hearing aid stopped working. I called and made an appointment and they were able to get me within two days. In the mean time I’m dreading the appointment thinking that I was going to have purchase new hearing aids for my mom. After meeting with Lionel, he was able to repair my moms hearing aid right in his office. My mom can finally hear and she is so happy! Lionel and staff thank you so much for taking such great care of my mom!!

What a wonderful experience. Very efficient scheduling, and the testing and recommendation for hearing aids perfect.

I thought my hearing rechargeable batteries were worn out a year before I could replace them with my insurance!!
Fortunately I chose to go see them at Hearing Associates of Las Vegas! They only needed a good cleaning 😉!!
I will definitely be going back to them for cleaning, and NEXT year for my new hearing aids, NEXT year!!! They saved me!!!

Wow! They are incredible. I came to check to see if my hearing aid was under warranty and my manufacturer was out of service yet he changed my wire and now it works! I was not charged due to this problem but that just goes to show that they truly care about those who are hard of hearing! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Will definitely come back again! Thank you Hearing Associates of Las Vegas!

The staff at Hearing Associates is very knowledgeable and easy going. The office is warm and inviting.
The equipment and recommendations for treatment are common sense and the Dr. engages you concerning treatment options at all times. I would highly recommend Hearing Associates of Las Vegas if you need, or suspect you need audiology care.

Lionel and Robyn are the best! I fly in from Alaska from time to time, and when I’m in town, I’ll always go in to see Hearing Associates! They are very knowledgeable about all the brands. Robyn and Lionels attention to detail is second to none! I’ve never had a detailed hearing test and evaluation like I did here. Do yourself a favor and go see the Hearing Associates. You won’t regret it!
