After originally not receiving a call back due to what appeared to be a messaging error, David, the owner contacted me and quickly arranged a time for an estimate for residential exterior window cleaning. The work was completed when scheduled and he offered to return to "touch" up areas after a recent storm, if necessary. Follow through was excellent once we were able to connect. We will use again for window cleaning.

I had called for an estimate and they texted me. We were working out details to have them come for an estimate and then no response, and they don't respond to any further texts. I am confused - I hope David is alright

All of my experience with 20/20 was excellent, from booking the appointment to the actual cleaning, everyone was professional and courteous. I could tell the work being done was being done well, and my windows look fantastic now. If I wasn't moving to another state I'd be definitely scheduling recurring window cleanings with 20/20.
